The Calming of the Waves

Yeah yeah....I know. I haven't posted anything on this blog for quite some time, but don't hassle me about it! Jk....but seriously. If you hassle me in the comments, I will beat you up. Anywho, life is actually....pretty good right now. Besides my friend moving and all, life is actually beginning to calm down for once. Weird, right? We must be nearing SUMMER!!! Wahoo! Yay....Well, stresses in my life are still holding me back just a little bit, but I'm beginning to let go of things. I'm beginning to not care what people think of me. Which is REALLY amazing, because I used to be an EXTREMELY self-conscious person, and now I'm not so badly of one. Sure, I'll worry about how I smell or look here and there, but I'm beginning to accept me and not want to change me. If people don't like the way I am, than I just don't give a dang. Life is calming down....It just feels pretty great.

So, for the girl who is moving, I have an ode to her.

This is a girl who struggles,
but somehow always manages to pull through.
This is a girl who cries,
Even though there are reasons to go insane.
This is a girl who is beautiful,
A girl who is selfless,
A girl who tries her best.
When life gets rough, and times get hard,
Just remember how great you are.
