Self-Criticism

People sometimes sit down and think, "Wow, am I really that stupid?" And the truth is, you aren't that stupid ALL of the time. Just sometimes. Because everyone has their stupid moments. I do all of the time. But I have learned just to let them pass by, and even laugh at them sometimes. And now that's just become a habit. And it's REALLY helpful. Regrets are no fun. AT ALL! Blehck. So, why not just laugh at the small things that we regret? No point in getting all down about it. There are somethings where they will get you down no matter what, and those are too big to slide by.
